Nigerian client ordered a completely automatic cassava flour processing line from Henan Jinrui

On July 18th, a Nigerian client placed an order with Henan Jinrui for a completely automatic cassava flour processing line. This order specifically included a cassava grating machine and a vibration sieve. Interestingly, this Nigerian client is not new to us; in fact, he has been a longstanding customer. He initially purchased a cassava paddle washer and a cassava peeling machine from us back in 2017. Since then, he has continued to rely on our services and expertise by ordering various cassava flour processing machines in both 2019 and 2021. Now, he has returned once again to enhance and complement his production line by reordering a cassava grating machine and a vibration sieve. As it stands, his cassava flour processing line is impressively up to 80% complete. The configuration of a completely automatic cassava flour processing line:

Cleaning section:

A dry sieve: to remove the impurities on raw cassava tubers;

A paddle washer: used for washing the primary tubers thoroughly;

A cassava peeling machine: for peeling cassava skins;

Processing section:

A cassava cutter: used to cut large cassava lumps into small pieces.

A cassava grating machine: configured for crushing and grinding the cassava pieces into slurry;

A plate-frame filter press: used for dehydrating the cassava slurry into cassava cake;

A hammer crusher: to crush the cassava cake into small pieces for the next drying process;

A flash dryer: used to drying the cassava flour;

Sieving section:

A vibration sieve or a sifter sieve: used for sieving the cassava powder to ensure the final flour quality;

A packing machine: configured to pack the final qualified cassava flour for selling or self-use.
