2. Close the other two feed valves, open a feed valve to be operated, keep the return valve open or close completely, and close the feed valve when the pressure of the feed pressure gauge reaches about 0.6 MPa. At the same time, feed the next equipment or open the return valve to return the material. When it's not required to feed slurry for a long time, the screw pump can be turned off. When the feed screw pump is closed, it is required to open the discharge valve near the pump outlet position in time to empty the pipeline. Residual materials inside pipe needs to be discharged, to avoid clogging the pipeline;

3. Open the CLOSE button to pressurize the filter plate and keep pressure (do not adjust the size of the current relay in the small operation cabinet, and the equipment is well set before leaving the factory). When the pressure is reached, it will stop automatically. Observe the drainage and open the CLOSE button again when there is no water discharged until it automatically stops, this operation can be repeated for 2~3 times.

4. Turn on the BACK button to make plate return to opposite side until it stops automatically.

5. Two workers standing on both sides operate at the same time to push the filter plate to unload wet flour. Great attention should be given to timely cleaning the residual material on the filter cloth.
