Semi-Automatic Cassava Flour Production Line Trial Run in South America

Video/ Chat online/ Leave a message/ July 1, 2026

Footage captured during the trial run of a 5TPD semi-automatic cassava flour production line in Guyana, South America — the complete wet processing plant running end to end under real conditions.

Fresh cassava roots enter the cleaning section, move through the peeler and grinder, then pass through dewatering, drying, and sieving — all operating as an integrated system. The semi-automatic cassava flour production line from Henan Jinrui delivered steady performance throughout the test, producing fine cassava flour with consistent quality from start to finish.

The video shows how each stage connects to the next: the grinder reducing roots to pulp, the hydraulic press squeezing moisture out at a measured pace, and the drying system producing uniformly dried flour at the target moisture level.
