1. Grinding — A chipper + rasper combo replaces single-stage grinding. This two-step approach delivers above 94% crushing rate, compared to the industry average of 80%. Fewer oversized chunks, fewer over-ground fines, and better particle distribution from the start.
2. Sieving — A professional sieving system does three things well: multiple screen decks handle different particle sizes in one pass; adjustable mesh lets you switch between 60, 80, or 100 mesh depending on your grade; and a recycle loop sends off-spec material back through the fine mill until it meets spec. Most producers skip the recycle loop — and pay for it in rework and returns.
Upgrading these two key pieces of equipment ensures consistent quality batch after batch, pushing your pass rate from 80% to 99%.
