The order is for 1tpd garri processing plant, which include one set of cassava peeler, one set of cassava grater, one set of hydraulic press, one set of garri fryer, one set of sieving machine and one set of packaging machine. These machines are very popular and suitable for beginners who wants to get into garri production business.
The Nigerian client started to contact Jinrui Foodtech as early as May of 2018. He already had a biscuit factory and a small paper factory that time. And garri production process was a new business for him. After receiving inquiry, our project manager contacted him immediately and gave advice on machines based on his condition. Considering his budget plan and condition on raw material supply, we suggested him to start with small scale garri processing plant.
After that, he started raising money from his own business. Around end of 2021, this Nigeria client was ready and contacted us again to get updated price for garri processing plants. After the two parties of us confirmed the equipment solutions and contract details, he directly paid for the 1pt garri processing plant. And now the order has been sent to our manufacturing factory and it will be ready for delivery after one month.
Apart from the 1tpd garri plant, Jinrui Foodtech Company also have other capacities like 2tpd, 3tpd, 5tpd and 10tpd, etc. And our garri processing plant is high praised for its high automation degree, easy handling, energy and labor saving features.
