Henan Jinrui has successfully completed the shipment of a customized cassava processing solution to Gabon, featuring a 4‑tonne‑per‑day (4TPD) input capacity shared between two independent production lines – one for garri and one for cassava flour. With typical losses from peeling and moisture removal, this input yields approximately 1 tonne of finished garri and cassava flour per day. This batch of cassava processing machine is designed for small-scale local processing projects, helping Gabonese clients achieve standardized garri and refined cassava flour production with low investment and stable output.
About the Equipment
The shipment covers two independent cassava processing lines — one for garri, one for cassava flour — each with a 4TPD input capacity. The two lines share the same preprocessing stages: washing, peeling, and grating. Where they diverge is in the finishing section, based on the target product.
Cassava processing line for garri and flour making
The garri line moves from grating into fermentation and hydraulic pressing, then through mechanized frying with PLC temperature control, and finally sieving for consistent granulation. The cassava flour line takes grated mash through a dewatering press and into a flash dryer, which removes moisture rapidly while preserving flour color and nutritional quality, followed by fine hammer milling and packaging.
Equipment at a Glance
| Line | Processing Stages |
| Garri | Washing & peeling → Grating → Fermentation & pressing → Frying → Sieving |
| Cassava flour | Washing & peeling → Grating → Dewatering → Flash drying → Fine milling → Packaging |
This means the client gets two finished products — garri for local consumption and food-grade cassava flour for bakeries and commercial buyers — from a single cassava input, with shared preprocessing equipment reducing total investment. Both lines are designed for simple operation, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance under local conditions.
Compliance and Customs Clearance
Focusing on overseas project compliance, Henan Jinrui has accumulated mature and standardized experience in Gabon customs clearance certification. All exported equipment fully complies with Gabon’s mandatory import inspection requirements. We completed the whole-process certification preparation and application for:
COC (Certificate of Conformity) — confirming the equipment meets Gabonese import standards
BIC (Electronic Cargo Tracking Note) — required for cargo tracking and customs release

By optimizing the certification process and standardizing document submission, we successfully avoided customs detention and clearance delays, ensuring smooth and fast cargo clearance and safe arrival of equipment.
This standardized compliance service has become a core advantage of Henan Jinrui’s overseas project delivery, greatly safeguarding customers’ investment interests.
About the Client
Cassava is a staple and economic crop in Gabon. Local traditional manual processing methods suffer from low efficiency, high raw material loss, and unstable product quality. This client approached Henan Jinrui looking for a mechanized solution that could produce both garri for local consumption and cassava flour for commercial sale — all within a manageable investment suited for a first-time processor.
The dual-line configuration — 4TPD garri + 4TPD flour — allows the client to serve two markets from one cassava input.
With rich practical experience in African cassava processing machine export and local compliance certification, Henan Jinrui continues to provide customers with one-stop solutions covering customized equipment manufacturing, technical guidance, and standard export certification services.
