On the date of November 4th, 2024, a complete garri production line was loaded into a 40-foot high cube (40HQ) container, subsequently shipped to Nigeria. This production line is designed with high efficiency, boasting the capability to produce 3 tons of garri as final products on a daily basis.

The client, who lives and works in the United States of America, plans to establish a garri production factory in his hometown Rivers State of Nigeria. The inception of this order dates back to the end of June, when the vision was first cast into reality. It took about one month for the manufacturing process of all the necessary machines for garri production. However, the client's foresight led to the progressive addition of packing materials and an entire line dedicated to the water plant, which consequently extended the timeline for the shipment of the equipment until November.

These include a feeding hopper to ensure a steady supply of raw materials, a belt conveyor for seamless transportation, a cleaning machine to initiate the purification process, a washing machine to remove impurities, a peeling machine for the removal of unwanted skins, a grating machine to shred the cassava into fine pieces, a hydraulic presser to extract the maximum amount of liquid, a garri fryer to achieve the perfect texture and taste, a vibration sieve to ensure uniform size and quality, and finally, a packaging machine to neatly and efficiently package the finished product.
