Most cassava equipment is bought the hard way — from a catalogue, over a phone call, with fingers crossed. From 3 to 5 November 2026, there is a better option. At the 19th Nigeria (Lagos) China Commodities Expo 2026 (Landmark Exhibition Center, Lagos), our team at Jinrui Foodtech (Henan Jinrui Food Engineering Co., Ltd.) will be waiting at Booth 1B09 — ready to walk you through real line configurations, answer engineering questions directly, and show you the projects we have already completed in Nigeria.

Who You Will Be Talking To

Jinrui Foodtech is a cassava and tuber processing specialist within Doing Holdings, manufacturing since 2011 from a 40,000 m² production base. To date we have delivered more than 80 production lines and 180 sets of equipment across 30+ countries, covering raw-material processing capacities from 40 to 800 TPD. The people at our booth are not sales intermediaries — they work daily on the lines we build.

Find the Line That Matches Your Scale

Rather than one “standard machine”, we configure processing around your cassava supply, your product and your budget. Three typical starting points:

For Starters and Community Processors: Garri Lines

If you are entering garri production, our compact lines begin at around 1 t/d and scale up to fully automatic industrial systems above 50 t/d. Washing, crushing, hydraulic dewatering and automatic roasting are integrated into one flow, with diesel/LPG dual-fuel options for areas with unstable power. The result: garri with authentic taste and proper grainy texture, produced with a fraction of the manual labor.

For Food Producers: High-Quality Cassava Flour Lines

Bakeries and food manufacturers need flour that is consistent, fine and white. Our flour lines run turnkey — fresh root washing, chipping, drying and ultra-fine milling through to packaging — with adjustable fineness to match your end-product requirements. The drying stage is where quality is won or lost: ours controls moisture and color precisely, batch after batch.

For Industrial Investors: Cassava Starch Lines

Starch is the high-value end of the cassava chain. Our automated extraction systems handle 4 to 60 t/h of fresh roots, using multi-stage washing and hydrocyclone refining to reach starch purity of up to 98%, with whiteness and viscosity tuned to food-grade or industrial-grade specifications.

Running two products? Lines can share a preprocessing section: our 3 t/h installation in Nigeria produces both garri and high-quality cassava flour from one plant, cutting investment without cutting quality.

Proof From the Field

The strongest reference for a Nigerian processor is another Nigerian processor:

Each project started as a conversation exactly like the one you can have at Booth 1B09.

Local Backup, Already in Place

Importing equipment is easy; keeping it running is the real test. That is why we established a branch office and overseas warehouse in Ogun State:

  • Spare parts stocked in Nigeria — fast local dispatch instead of weeks of international shipping

  • Resident engineers — installation, commissioning and troubleshooting handled on site, without waiting on cross-border travel

Three Questions Worth Asking Us in Lagos

Come to Booth 1B09 with your project in mind. The answers you will not get from any brochure:

  • Which configuration fits my cassava supply? — tell us your daily tonnage of fresh roots and target product, and we will map the options honestly, including the ones you don't need.

  • What does installation and commissioning actually involve? — timelines, site preparation, utilities, and how our engineers support each step.

  • How fast can I get spare parts after delivery? — and how the Ogun State warehouse changes that answer for Nigerian customers.

Skip the catalogue stage of your project — come and talk to the people who build the machines.
