Cassava starch processing line working video

This video show the cassava starch processing line working process. In cassava starch processing line, cassava is firstly conveyed to dry sieve and paddle washing machine to get cleaned cassava. Then cassava cutting machine and rasper are used to break cassava thus extracte starch from cassava. And centrifuge sieve and fine fiber sieve serves to remove fibers impurities from starch slurry. For large capacity cassava starch processing line, a disc separtor and hydrocyclone station is used together to separate protein and other impurities. For small capacity, a hydrocyclone station is enough for this purpose. After that, a desander is used for removing sand impurity that influence starch taste. Then dehydrating and drying is followed to reduce moisture content of starch milk to desired quality. Finally, the obtained starch is screened to remove large particles and then packed for marketing.
